RX Creative Studios provides bespoke, project-based creative and marketing services. Because our work is custom-made for each client, our refund terms differ from those of a typical retail purchase. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Deposits

All projects begin with a 50% deposit, which secures your project slot and covers initial planning, research, and design work. The deposit is refundable only if you cancel before any work has begun. Once work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed to your project.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, you will be invoiced for any work completed up to that point. Any amount already paid beyond the value of completed work will be refunded; any additional work completed beyond the deposit amount will be billed separately.

3. Revisions

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, outlined at the start of your project. Requests for revisions outside this scope may incur additional charges, which will always be communicated and agreed with you in advance.

4. Final Payment and Delivery

The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered or a project is published live. Final deliverables are considered accepted once payment is received and files are handed over.

5. No Refunds After Delivery

Because our deliverables are custom-created for your business, we are unable to offer refunds once a project has been completed and delivered. If something isn’t right, we ask that you reach out so we can make it right.

6. Online Bill Payments

Payments made through our online payment portal are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Refunds for online payments, where applicable under this policy, are issued back to the original payment method.

7. Our Commitment

We stand behind our work. If you’re ever unhappy with a deliverable, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss a resolution, whether that’s a revision, an adjustment to scope, or another fair outcome.
