How long does a project take? ▾
Timelines vary by service. A logo package takes 5–7 days. A full website takes 2–4 weeks. Social media management starts within 5 business days of onboarding. We always confirm timelines before starting.
Do you work with clients outside the Caribbean? ▾
Yes. We serve clients in Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Canada, and internationally. All work is done remotely via video calls, shared documents, and our project management system.
What do you need from me to get started? ▾
A brief conversation about your goals, your brand, and your target audience. We send a short intake form after your first call and handle everything else from there.
Do you offer payment plans? ▾
Yes. Most projects are split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects we offer milestone-based payment schedules. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month.
Can I bundle services together? ▾
Absolutely and we recommend it. Bundling branding with a website, or social media with photography, always produces better results because everything is aligned from the start. Ask us about bundle pricing.
