Terms of Service

These terms apply to our website rxcreativestudios.com and to Aura by RX (“Aura”), our client app at aura.rxcreativestudios.com. They are provided by Pecs Fusion Ltd, trading as RX Creative Studios, a company registered in Trinidad and Tobago (no. P 3456(95)), Cardinal Crescent, Edinburgh 500, Chaguanas (“RX”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person or business using our website or Aura, and everyone that business lets sign in.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Part A: Our website and creative services

1. Using the website

  • You may browse and share our website for personal and business purposes. Do not copy, resell or misuse its content, or try to disrupt it.
  • The designs, videos, images, text and the RX and Aura names and marks on this website belong to RX or to the clients who allowed us to show them. Work marked as a concept is an unofficial concept by RX, not work commissioned by that brand.
  • Prices and offers on the website are a guide. They are confirmed in a written quote or invoice.

2. Creative and marketing services

Branding, social media management, campaigns, video, photography, design, websites and other RX services are provided under the quote, proposal or service agreement we agree with you. That document sets out the scope, timeline, fees, deposit and payment terms. If it conflicts with these terms, it wins for that work.

Part B: Aura by RX

3. The service

Aura is an online workspace for businesses. It collects enquiries from connected channels (email, a website enquiry form, and, depending on your plan, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp). It uses artificial intelligence to summarise them and draft replies, and it lets your team approve replies, quotes and social media content. The features in your workspace depend on your plan.

4. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Everyone signs in with their own account. Keep passwords private. Tell us straight away at studio@rxcreativestudios.com if you think an account has been misused.
  • The workspace owner decides who has access, and is responsible for what those people do in Aura.

5. Plans, payment and cancelling

  • Businesses in Trinidad and Tobago pay in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TT$). Businesses in every other country pay in United States dollars (US$).
  • Self-serve plans are paid before the workspace opens: the first payment covers the one-time setup fee. Monthly fees are then invoiced from the 1st of the following month.
  • Government agencies, organisations with more than 50 people and custom plans are priced and agreed with RX separately.
  • Each plan includes a monthly number of AI actions. If you use them all, Aura pauses automatic drafting until you top up or the next month starts.
  • You can close your workspace at any time in Settings, subject to any notice period in your plan or agreement. Fees already paid are not refunded, unless the law requires it or we agreed otherwise in writing.

6. AI drafts and your approval

  • Aura’s summaries and draft replies are produced by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are suggestions, not advice.
  • Aura does not send a reply, quote or post on its own. A person must approve it. You are responsible for checking anything before you approve it, including prices, dates, promises and anything about health, money or law.
  • Aura only uses the business information you give it. Keep your services, prices, hours and policies up to date.

7. Connecting your accounts

  • When you connect an email account, Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp account, you confirm you are allowed to. You also allow Aura to read messages sent to it and to send the replies you approve.
  • Each platform’s own terms and rules still apply, including time limits for replying (for example, Meta allows replies within 24 hours of a customer’s last message and TikTok within 48 hours). Some features depend on those platforms’ approval and may change if they change their rules.
  • You can disconnect an account at any time. Never share your passwords with anyone, including RX. Access is shared through each platform’s own settings.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Aura to:

  • send spam, or messages that break anti-spam, consumer or privacy laws;
  • harass, deceive or discriminate against anyone, or pretend to be another person or business;
  • handle information you have no right to use, or highly sensitive information (such as medical records or card numbers) unless RX has agreed in writing;
  • break the law or the rules of a connected platform;
  • try to break into, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Aura, or reach another client’s data.

We may suspend access to stop misuse or to protect other clients, and we will tell you why.

9. Your data

  • The messages, contacts, content and files in your workspace belong to you. RX uses them only to provide Aura and our services to you, as set out in our Privacy Policy and the data protection terms you accept when you sign up.
  • You can download your data at any time from Settings.
  • You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your own customers’ information, and for telling them how you use it.

10. Our property

Aura’s software and design, and the Aura name and character, belong to RX. You may use Aura while your plan is active. This right cannot be transferred. You may not resell or white-label Aura unless your plan includes it.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep Aura available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or have errors. We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you may end your plan without penalty.

Part C: General

12. Liability

  • Our website and Aura are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, RX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits. We are also not liable for losses caused by a reply or post you approved, by a connected platform, or by events outside our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid RX in the 3 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending

We may end your access if you seriously break these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of our notice. After a workspace closes, you can download your data for 30 days. After that, we permanently delete it, except records we must keep by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. Aura clients are asked to accept the new version in the app, and material changes take effect 30 days after notice.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, and its courts have jurisdiction.
